GAF Silver Pledge and our industry-leading 10-year workmanship warranty
Certified Plus can register Silver Pledge on qualifying full-system jobs. We do that when the job qualifies, and we add our 10-year transferable workmanship warranty. Call (540) 406-3589 or request an estimate.
Two kinds of coverage
- GAF limited warranty — manufacturing and system coverage. Silver Pledge when the job qualifies as a full GAF system and we register it. System Plus is still a lower enhanced option when a job does not qualify for Silver Pledge.
- Ask Zello 10-year transferable workmanship — how the roof was installed. This is our labor warranty, not a GAF lifetime workmanship promise. It does not change with Certified Plus.

GAF Silver Pledge Limited Warranty
Certified Plus / Master Elite. Includes System Plus-type system coverage plus 10 years of GAF workmanship / misapplication coverage per GAF’s current Silver Pledge terms. We register it on qualifying full-system jobs — not on every roof.
Why a registered GAF system vs a box of shingles
A store-bought shingle and a registered GAF system are not the same coverage. This is the comparison we walk homeowners through — not a GAF widget. System Plus is still listed because it remains a lower enhanced option.

How we install so the warranty means something
- Full tear-off down to the plywood — no layovers
- Ice and water shield in eaves and valleys
- 6–8 nails per shingle
- Lifetime pipe-vent boots
- Up to two sheets of plywood in the quoted price
- Gutter cleaning included
- Magnetic sweep before we leave
- Most roofs finished in one day
Resale
Transferable GAF Silver Pledge (when registered) plus our transferable 10-year workmanship warranty belongs in the listing packet. Buyers and listing agents can see both on paper — not a handshake from a storm-chaser.
