GAF Certified Plus #1126786. We only install qualifying GAF roof systems and register Silver Pledge. GAF Silver Pledge provides 10 years of GAF workmanship coverage on qualifying, registered roof systems, subject to the written warranty. You also get our separate 10-year transferable workmanship warranty — not a one-year promise.

Silver Pledge applies to qualifying, registered GAF roof systems. The linked PDF is GAF’s sample. The warranty GAF issues for the homeowner’s roof is the one that controls. Ask Zello Roofing’s separate 10-year transferable workmanship warranty is provided by our company, not by GAF.

How the roof was installed. This is our labor warranty, not a GAF lifetime workmanship promise. It stays with the house for 10 years and transfers one time.

How GAF warranty tiers compare
A store-bought shingle and a registered GAF system are not the same coverage. System Plus is the lower Certified tier. Silver Pledge is what we register on the qualifying GAF systems we install.

- Full tear-off down to the plywood — no layovers
- Ice and water shield in eaves and valleys
- 5–7 nails per shingle
- Lifetime pipe-vent boots
- Up to two sheets of plywood in the quoted price
