Roof repair
A repair when a repair will hold. A replacement when the field is spent.
Leaks, missing or broken shingles, and failed pipe boots are the usual calls. We inspect on the roof and tell you which one you’re buying. We do not patch a spent roof.

When a repair is enough
- A leak at a pipe boot on a field that is otherwise sound
- A few missing or broken shingles after a storm, with the rest of the roof still healthy
- Flashing that failed in one place, not across the house
If the shingles are curling, the granules are in the gutters, or the deck is wet in more than one spot, a smear of tar buys you another leak. That’s a full tear-off, not a repair.
We inspect first. If a targeted repair will hold, we price that. If the field is already spent, we say so and quote a replacement. Call (540) 406-3589 or send the address.
