Typically 5–7 nails per shingle.
Lifetime pipe-vent boots with rain collars
Pipe penetrations are a common leak point.
Ridge vents and caps
Ventilation at the ridge, finished with cap shingles.

Common questions
Do you offer different roof packages?
No. Every replacement gets the same standard system: full tear-off, GAF Timberline HDZ, ice and water shield in eaves and valleys, lifetime pipe boots, ridge vent and caps, and full cleanup. You choose the color, not a cheaper tier.
What warranty comes with the roof?
GAF Silver Pledge on qualifying, registered GAF roof systems we install, plus Ask Zello Roofing’s separate 10-year transferable workmanship warranty.
How does payment work?
Our standard contract asks for a deposit of about 50% at signing, with the balance due within 3 days of completion. You can pay by check (no fee), credit card, or bank transfer / ACH; card and bank transfer carry a processing fee listed in the contract. Financing is also available.
Are new gutters included?
Gutter cleaning is included with every roof replacement. New gutters and gutter guards are quoted only if you want them.
Can I see a price before anyone comes out?
